Jesus says in the Gospel of John, “The thief enters only to steal, kill, and destroy. I came so that they could have life—indeed, so that they could live life to the fullest.” We believe that God is breathing life into all of us, including the Northside neighborhood area of Fort Wayne. No matter what experience you have had with church, religion, or life circumstances, we believe that God is at work and breathing life into the people of the Forest Park Community. We want to invite you to be part of Forest Park Campus of Lifehouse Church.
ARE MY KIDS WELCOME?
We value kids as a crucial part of our community. Kids programing will be available during the service for kids up to 5th grade for your children to experience God’s love and life. Nursery care is provided for kids ages 2 and under. We provide trained, background-checked volunteers who are passionate about sharing the love of God with your kids!
WHERE DO I PARK?
Parking is available across the street from the Campus. If you live close to the campus on one of the surrounding streets (and the weather is nice), try walking! This is one of the great advantages to being a neighborhood location!
Imagine a church that believes God is up to something. Imagine a church that believes God loves everyone (and we mean everyone) so much that He wants to pursue them. Imagine a church that allows God to do that through them!
That is what Lifehouse is. Lifehouse is a gathering of people who desire to experience a full life. We are not perfect and we don’t pretend to be. We don’t have all the answers and we don’t act like we do. We don’t think you have to look or act like anyone else and we don’t want you to. We want you to be just who you are because that is who God loves and who God is seeking.
When we say you belong here, we truly mean it. Regardless of your past, your baggage, or your pain, you belong here. How do we know? Well…we aren’t perfect either and God has shown us love. If He can love us…we are sure He loves you too.
Hello! My name is Connor and I am the Forest Park Campus Pastor for Lifehouse Church. One of my greatest joys in life is seeing people enter into a life-transforming relationship with Jesus Christ. I came to know Jesus through an invitation to a local youth group from my girlfriend (and now wife) in the eighth grade, which is why I am so passionate about starting new things to reach more and more people for Jesus. I am married to my wife, Kayla, who serves soon-to-be moms in Fort Wayne through the Nurse Family Partnership program for Healthier Moms and Babies. We have a 4 year old son named Wesley and a baby girl named Jovie! I am currently a 2nd year Seminary Student at Asbury Theological Seminary in addition to my role as Campus Pastor. I really enjoy netflix, trivia, and New York Yankees baseball (sorry Cubs and Tigers fans). Fun fact about me: I am the oldest of 11 kids, so my son is older than my youngest brother (weird, right?). I am looking forward to connecting with you on Sunday mornings or in the community!
